The Sky Costanera

A few weeks after arriving in Santiago, I went to the Sky Costanera with some of the other students from the UDD.

The Costanera Centre is not only the tallest building in Chile, but also the tallest in the whole of Latin America, at a height of 300 metres. On the lower floors of the building, there is a huge shopping mall with all the shops that you'd find in the average UK shopping centre. I find it's a good place to go when I'm feeling stressed about things!

The Sky Costanera is an observation deck located almost at the top of the building (261 metres up). From there, you have amazing views of the entire city. Here are my photos from that evening!

I would definitely recommend to any visitor in Santiago to go to the Sky Costanera. The views up there are so impressive. However the views are even more impressive at the top of Cerro Manquehue, which is what my next post will be about...
